An Exception has occurred! Help?

well I'm new to this game and I wanted to try a few quests c:
however If I try to go into a portal for most apart from the place where you get quests and default I get this error:

I don't understand? Ive searched the old forums and this one for answers, I've tried removing the version.txt, reinstalling, restarting? I only just installed the game what happened?
I tried going to desert and reallybig and both do this?
the only rendering system it works on without absolutely lagging is the Direct3D9 (I think this is direct x) one but there is also an OpenGL one. someone help?

It sounds like you are missing a file. Try reinstalling.

Download this file and put it in the Terrains folder and see if it works.
Last Moon > game > media > terrains

Hah, some maps don't do work. Don't  worry. Happens to me. Just ignore them untill they will get fixed.
