Second off, your signature is too large, and needs to be shortened. The rule states that you can have max 2 photos on your signature at one time.
Third off, DirectX is made by Microsoft, the creator of Windows. So their own program WILL work with their own OS (Operating System). Instead, you should perhaps look for a DirectX download for your current version of Windows. I know Windows 10 users do have issues with LM, however we have yet to clarify what specifically the problem is.
TLDR; Google another download for DirectX that works with your system.
