Connection problems

Okay, so I managed to get LM working on my Mac. I tried to get on, but it gets stuck on connecting...

I deleted the version and update .cfg's and that didn't do anything. I had to remove a line on my plugin.cfg in order to let it open.
I have a friend who has been playing LM for awhile, but she doesn't know what's going on either.
Any other options I can try?

So... you can open the game and everything, right? You can log in but it gets stuck at the connecting screen?

Yeah, it opens just fine. And I log in, and it just sits there connecting until the music fades out. The cursor freezes on the screen too, so my only option is to exit out of the game. Am I just not waiting long enough?

Okay, so the issue has been indeed discovered. It is an OGRE EXCEPTION error

This is the error I get:
OGRE EXCEPTION(2:InvalidParametersException): Named constants
have not been initialised, perhaps a compile error. in GpuProgramParameters::_findNamedConstantDefinition at C:\kito\git\sources\dependencies\ogre_src_v1-7-4\OgreMain\src\OgreGpuProgramParams.cpp (line 1425)


Any ideas of how to resolve this issue? Just a reminder I use a Mac, I used Wine and then applied a Winetrick to download DirectX 9 to it.
