Crashing Characters

Two of my characters have started to crash my game whenever I try to go on, or past them. Theres two characters between the ones that have started to crash my game, and those are the only two I can use since I can't go past the ones that crash me. Is there a way to fix this?

Maybe try deleting your version.txt or update.log

Otherwise an admin will have to fix it
