Download problems

I just got my account and tried downloading the game. When it was ready to start the setup it said it can't do it because of 'incomplete download or broken media files' or something like that. Also, I keep trying to do it and half way through it says it was interrupted. Help anyone?

Try different browsers and both links. There is the basic link and the alternative one.
