Game crashes when I play it

I can get the game to run on the menu just fine. As soon as I get into actually playing as a character on a map, it crashes within 10 seconds. I downloaded both DirectX and the other thing the download page said I should. I tried
lowering the graphics settings, but it still crashes afterwards. Here's my specs:
 Processor: Intel(R) Celeron(R) CPU G1840 @ 2.80GHz  2.80 GHz
 Installed memory (RAM): 4.00 GB
 System type: 64-bit Operating System
 I use windows 7.
I had this same problem on my old computer, as well as my mother's laptop, though they had lower specs.

I think you should post the name of the error that shows up, and in case the error log.
It will be useful for the Admins.

Are there specific maps you cannot access or can you not play at all? And as Iannis2000 said, Please post what the error message actually states
