Help with screenshots?

I recently downloaded this game and when I take screenshots, it says screenshot saved but then when I go to the files, tI click on the screenshot that I took but it shows a black picture and not the screenshot. Help? Please reply asap thanks :)  :)

Sounds odd, have you tried switching rendering system at the startup settings?
