Installing Issues.

I, myself, have last moon installed on my computer but my friend has been having problems for THREE days. The game has been installed but the update has not been working.
The black box pops up and he leaves it open for hours and it still hasn't updated. Because of this he cannot play the game..
His internet is very fast yet the black box stays stuck on one thing for hours on end.

Is there any way to let it update correctly or is he just not able to download it?

Tell him to delete his version.txt file and show the contents of his updatelog (both in 'Last Moon').

He has already deleted that file.

Tell 'im to turn off his firewall and then let it update.

Okay, he turned off firewall and all security programs and it is still stuck.

Is the hard drive full? Has he tried right click and Run as Administrator?

I got him to reinstall the game and run as administrator and it looks like the problem is solved!
