Not Updating. . .?

So, I've done everything I could think of doing, but the startup just says "Checking for new updates" or stops updating at some grass texture thingy. I'm really upset, because Last Moon is a great server! I've had this problem for a month or so, now. Any explination for the AutoUpdater not working?

Try to right click and Run as administrator.
Try deleting the texture it's getting stuck on.
Manually download and place the texture in your game folder from http://itup.myzpyz.nu/update/files/media/
