not working

well i downloaded the game on the 14th of september and each time i go on it and try to work it the thing doesnt work it like stops it says game.exe isn't working. can anyone help me with it like it does not work at all and my account isnt working HELP!!!!

We need more information than that. What the the Error Message say, in full?
Can you also Copy/Paste Everything in your update.txt file?

 Idk how to do that and the stopped working thing is game.exe not working that's it  can you tell me what else to do

Right click the Last Moon icon on your desktop, and click "Open File Location"
It will bring you to your last moon folder, and in there is a file that says "update" or "update.txt"
Open that file, and Copy everything that is in that file, and paste it in your reply here.
