oger exceptions?

So I just downloaded Last Moon, and did all the wizard, it started to run, on the black screen, and the installing bar thing was up, then a message said something about oger exceptions.
Please help me!

It said "OGRE EXCEPTION(5:): Configuration key: Settings/Head not found in config::get Value

Go to the game folder and delete version.txt, you have missing files

I can't find versions.txt do you mean versions text document? because if you do, it didn't work.

what does you update.log file say then

You could try disabling your firewall and then let it update, or run as administrator.
