Old account/Items

So, this is probably a lost cause / false hope type of thing... I was known as Chimaera before, but my computer got heavily infected and I had to do a full reset/restart and lost all my information... Including but not limited to what password and email I had for that account...

So I was wondering if it would be possible for me to get it back, or some of the items I had that I really miss including shards I had there... I have screenshots of my character, items, and me talking to my friends (who I also miss quite a bit)...

I'd appreciate any information and help, and if none can be made available then I'll just have to start over, I suppose. (I lost pass and email for both forum and game, just in case you wanted to know)

Most likely you will have to make a new account if you have lost Both forum or your old account. But you have your user and that may help staff out. Depends on when the staff comes on to sort out this problem, I can pass some information to a fellow staff member to see if we can get back your items. Simply Pm me the pictures and ill pass them on to a staff that could help. With your account, you will have to Pm the Admin Dutch, to get more further info.

Well, this is my new account. I made it because I completely forgot the other one, but I am currently resetting my computer to factory settings due to some technical issues. I'm moving all screenshots to a usb until it's done, but when I get everything back in order, I can send you (or a staff member who responds by that time) the screenshots.

Alright! I sent them, hope you can find a way to help me!
( :'( Have to re-download the game now because of the restart... I tried re-installing from before I reset my computer, and it gave me an error no matter what I did. x-x )
