Problems with Download

So, I've downloaded both the basic and alternative link on Google Chrome, and whenever I download it, it says something along the lines of:

"setup.exe is not an applicational Win32 application."

and when Norton scans the file, it says:

"setup.exe is not safe and has been removed."

Any ideas how to fix either of those?

Dunno how to fix the first one, though I'm pretty sure it means you have a 32-bit. Probably already knew that butyesuhm.

Second one; Norton's a pain, just temporarily disable it then download and install the game. That should work.

So does that mean I can't download the game because I have a 32 bit? Or do I have to use a certain link?

And ok! I can disable Norton for a bit to download the game!

It probably means your download failed and is incomplete

But this game is safe for Windows 7, correct? I'm just making sure, that's all.

Alrighty, My problem is is that when I start up the game, I go to sign in and create a character. I select the deer character, and when I try to customize it, it freezes, and it won't let me exit out of the game without restarting my computer. I have both of the programs needed for the game including all the files(which for some reasons there was one game icon on my desktop, and two more in the folder), but I just don't know why it's freezing up.

Is it only with the deer? And what is it you're customizing when it happens?

I haven't tried the others, but I'm afraid to because I'm worried the game will freeze again, unless I'm able to window it(which I've tried pressing F11 to do it, but it won't window) and the things I'm customizing are either the wings, tufts, or the colors.

You can turn on Windowed in the start up menu. And you can just hit CTRL+ALT+DEL and go into task manager and kill game.exe if it freezes

Ok, I've windowed it, and I've tried the wolf, and it seems that the deer is part of the problem. It might've been because I've tried to pick marking options for it, but I'm not entirely sure.
