Being a werebeast would be pretty cool, as long as I was able to keep at least my memories in that state, if not most of my human mental faculties. I wouldn't want to be one of those werebeasts that forgets who their family is and just kills everything in sight.
Being psychic/having telekinesis would be my second choice.

I actually wouldn't mind if my superpower mutation came with being permanently stuck in either of those forms, as long as my family knew who I was, my human mental faculties were intact, and I had clothes that fit me.
