weird loading error, can someone help me figure this out

ok the error says: the program can not start because d3dx9_43.dll is missing from computer. try reinstalling the program to fix this problem..... any ideas?

I had the same problem before, install the latest directX that fixed the issue for me. Let us know if that fixes it :3.
