Game Help / Lost Admin Drop Item

A few months ago, my game crashed and a lot of my items were gone, one of them included my Cloud's Cloud plushie, I have a screenshot of it, but it's only the tail and the back feet of the item, will it still be able to be retrieved?
And how do I send the screenshot of it?

I started the game back up and nothing updated, tried deleting it again, the file wouldn't show up, I ended up finding lost and unused maps and caves though which was worth it, I own a windows vista 7 not a windows 8 so anyone from that era- COME BAIL ME OUT OF DIS!


I really need help with this!

EDIT: I found the file, Its updating now.

(edit) I didn't have a version.txt to delete only gorge showed up, event island and volcano still don't work

I've seem to notice that gorge, the cave in seasonal, volcano and others are not able to be entered into.
I've also been having trouble with my purple bubble, no memory? this is a brand new computer, it still has enough download space for one coloured bubble!
