Game Help / Need help with multiple accounts?

Sorry if I'm posting too much on here, but I've asked for help on a previous post and also on the chat here and nobody seems to be responding.
I have two accounts that I can currently access and as far as I'm aware only one is aloud?
(The one I had is pretty old and I forgot the password and created a new one after taking a break from lastmoon, then I recently managed to dig up the password for my old account and can access it again)
I'm fine with removing the old account and would like to do so ASAP to avoid getting penalised for having two. I'm not currently playing on it, so it's just kinda sitting around.
Is there a mod I can PM about that?
And what, if any, details will I need to provide to prove the account in question is mine?
Also, what are the rules on pet transfers between accounts?
I have a spiked whale pet on my old account that I'd love to get switched over to a char on my current one. I'm not sure if that would be possible or not, though.

Oh, okay! I wasn't aware I could have 2 windows open at once without being logged off the first one.
In that case, is there any way to transfer pets over?
Edit: It would just be the one pet if transferring was aloud. A spiked whale.

Game Help / Item transfers between accounts?

I've just managed to dig up the password for my ancient account and after scrolling through the characters it seems I have quite alot of items I'd like to get onto my current account (ceiare)
From what I'm aware multiple accounts aren't aloud anyway and I'm fine with deleting the old one once my items are recovered.
I was just wondering if there was a way a mod would be able to get every item from that account and move it to my newer account. I could probably do it myself using 2 computers, but it seems like there might be an easier way xD Also with crashes and stuff that might be kinda risky.
I'm willing to log on and remove the items I don't want and stuff so it's not a huge amount of things that get transferred.
If someone could let me know if that's possible, I can remove the items I don't want and give the go-ahead to move them to 'ceiare'.
I can provide passwords and such for accounts to prove I have ownership over both of them. uwu
Edit: I removed any unwanted items from the stash of my old account, so only the stuff I want is in there now.

I'm looking to take some commissions in exchange for in-game medals!
(I'll also consider taking USD paid VIA Paypal, but I'd perfer if you contacted me through Deviantart or Furaffinity for that sort of thing, those accounts will be mentioned below)
I can offer things like this-

and I can do Feral or Anthro animals and also humans, but it would depend on the design.
Prices
I can do things starting from 2 Gold, which would be an uncoloured sketch.
3 Gold for a coloured and shaded sketch
5 Gold for a lined and flat coloured fullbody
6 Gold for a lined, coloured and shaded fullbody (like the one pictured above)
Please ask about different things, if you're not sure! I'd also be willing to do headshots or pixel art, which we can work out a price for.
Payment
I require half of the payment right away before I start. We can meet somewhere in-game to do the exchange.
Once I am finished I will send you a watermarked version of the image for you to approve and then you can pay the other half if you're happy!
I'm usually online from around 12pm - 1am GMT time, but those hours are kinda flexiable depending on what I'm doing.

Game Help / Game randomly disconnecting?

I've just started up my account, and after playing for around 45 minutes I got disconnected with a message saying I'd been banned?
After closing the game and trying to log in a few more times, it worked again. But now every 5-10 minutes it does the same thing and I'm not really sure why.
Am I banned? Or is it just a glitch/connection issue?
