Bugs & Glitches / odd cut-off in my screenshots [SOLVED]

hey babes, a few weeks ago i noticed that my screenshots were capturing a weird ratio of my game. i don't know what could have caused this, they used to work fine. in the back of my mind though i'm thinking it could be because i reinstalled LM to my J:\ drive instead of my C:\ drive, and i feel like i've heard that that could break your screenshots like that.. but i could just be crazy and my brains just making up stuff lol
anyways, here's some of my borked screenshots
hopefully someone will be able to offer some help soon because i really wanted to start getting back into the swing of photo editing.

Autobiography / hello babes it's me: skeleton vann

hello babes! i'm vann and i'm gonna share a bit about myself.
i am 17 years old (birthday being feb 18th 1998). i'm also ftm trans pre-operation and homosexual panromantic.
i'm unemployed and i dropped out of high school during freshman year (big mistake - i don't reccommend it at all) due to a mix of social anxiety, depression, and just the general fact that my brain doesn't work too well when it comes to schoolwork and communicating in real life. i'll try not to bore you all by going in depth with that stuff, though.

moving on to my interests, i mostly just play games, watch netflix or youtube, and listen to music.
favourite non-IT based games: skyrim, animal crossing franchise, and sims franchise.
other games i play: life is strange, minecraft, terraria, portal franchise, borderlands franchise, don't starve, and the walking dead.
favourite tv shows: the office, bob's burgers, parks & recreation, and glee.
other tv shows i watch: buffy the vampire slayer, breaking bad, being human US, and queer as folk.
favourite youtubers: markiplier, sips, cry, jacksepticeye, and matthias.
other youtubers i watch: game grumps jontron era, myharto, ashens, vinesauce joel, pewdiepie, and CinnamonToastKen&SuperMaryFace's vlog channel
favourite bands: bayside, avenged sevenfold, twenty one pilots (thanks dean), blink-182, the smiths, and wallpaper.

General / I'll make your characters in Sims 4!

hey babes! i'm a bored widdle baby and i had a fab idea to take requests to make ur OCs in sims 4. i've been playin a lot of it lately and i made my friends from last moon in 1 household but our neighborhood is pretty empty! so why don't i fill out the town with some locals?
here's some screenshots of stuff i've already done http://imgur.com/a/oy6t9 and http://i.imgur.com/ealla7k.jpg (note that most of the rooms and houses are not made by me and are found on the sims 4 online gallery)
please have a decent ref of ur character/s and a small description of them (age, gender, personality, lifetime goal) and i will try my best to replicate them! i will put them on the sims 4 online gallery that you can see ingame so that if you like my work you can find it and take it for yourself (message me for details about finding me in the sims 4 gallery).
