Game Help / I have no idea where to save the game

There's a screenshot of what's wrong. I think it's because of the place I've saved it, I just put somewhere random, downloads I think.

Or, it could be that I tried to download that microsoft thing, but it said I have a later version already installed.

Game Help / Game won't Open! :(

It keeps saying this when I try and open last moon. It worked before but now it's not working.
I downloaded everything that I had to but I'm still missing something? I downloaded the Microsoft visual package but it says I have a later version on my laptop so it doesn't install...

please help me, thank you in advance!!

Well, I hate having to  ask people how something looks before I buy it so, I came up with an idea!

Basically what I mean is; a preview button. When you click on the item you want to buy you can press a preview button and then It will automatically display on your character instead of looking/asking (I.E. if it's good or not).

Please guys, I really need help! Everytime I try and put the updates on the game, It says, a file is missing or something! If you are kind, please do answer my question.

It says, "An exception has occurred"
