Game Help / Game crashes a few moments after I login to one of my characters!

Hey!
I've been having some trouble with my game. Whenever I try to log in to one of my characters, a few seconds after I'll always get a 'game.exe' has stopped working error.
I've tried running the update program, but I still get this error.
Does anyone know what's wrong?
