Game Help / Stuck on the 'Connecting...' screen??!! (help)

Hello. So I recently got the new update for LM and it was working fine last night. Now, I tried getting on and I always get stuck on the 'Connecting...' screen. It never loads the character selection screen. I'm so confused, is the game down? Why is this happening? Please help, it would be most appreciated.

Nvm. I found the issue. Apparently, my game was WAAAAY outdated. I deleted the version.txt and let it update. Went back to the game , and it let me on. :3 Nvm lol

Hello, fellow admins. I am requesting help on my game. So I recently re-downloaded it to my laptop. I have everything, and it loads fine. But when I put in my username and password, it says loading, but instead of actually loading, a message box pops up and it says ' An exception has occurred!' then below it it reads this: "OGRE EXCEPTIONS(5:): Configuration key 37/1 not found in Quest.dat in Config::getValue". What on earth happened, and why does this keep happening to me? I have DRX and the other thing aswell. Everything works, but it doesn't let me get past the loading point, because that box always shows up whenever I try to. Please respond ASAP, it would be most appreciated!

Game Help / Can't play because of missing files ( MSVCR100.dll is missing? )

Hello. I just redownloaded Last Moon recently, and when I went to play the game, this error keeps coming up saying "The program can't start because MSVCR100.dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem". I tried downloading the Dirext X 9.0c and it says it can't download it. And I need it in order to play the game. I never had this issue before ever, and now all of a sudden, it's not letting me play the game. I reinstalled it eight times, and still nothing. I'm using Windows 10, and I can't find the Dirext X 9.0c download for it to play LM. Please help! I really want to play the game again and I've tried everything. I'm wondering if it's because I'm using a newer version of MSVP. I was able to play the game yesterday, and now it's not letting me play at all.

I'm having the same issue, and I even deleted the version.txt but the version.txt keeps coming back after it updates and I just get stuck on the "Connecting...." screen.

I've had problems getting into the game. Last night it connected fine, but when I went to play it today, it got stuck on the "Connecting......" screen. I even reinstalled my game twice and it still does the same thing. Is this a glitch or is my firewall blocking it? I tried that aswell and it didn't work.  Or is my game broken? I even disconnected and reconnected but it still got stuck on the connection screen before I can select a character. Help?! Thanks

I can't seem to find it. I clicked on Open file location then the folder came up and I still don't see the version.txt file anywhere. Could it be missing from my game?

Wait. I deleted it, then I went to run the game and it didn't load past the update. Help?

How do I like, switch  the controls to be the up, down, left, right arrow keys instead of the arrow keys moving the camera? It's really hard to control the character with W A S D. Help? Advice is appreciated. Thanks!

I recently downloaded this game and when I take screenshots, it says screenshot saved but then when I go to the files, tI click on the screenshot that I took but it shows a black picture and not the screenshot. Help? Please reply asap thanks
