Game Help / downloading errors?

I just got Last Moon about an hour ago and I have been trying to work on the download. I've tried twice now with redownloading the entire thing to get it work but it always says there's an error. more specifically an 'OGRE EXCEPTION' says that some file can't be found but I know I downloaded it all. is there a way to fix this?
