I'm not sure why you ask, it's really nothing special xD
I use good old Microsoft Paint ( Ms Paint) which comes with every Microsoft computer. That's the program that I use to draw but these look like game sprites (well some of them kinda are suppose to xD) because they are really small.

But I don't have any drawn references of any LM character.

There is one cyan blue pixel around the eye, and the tail is the "Devil Tail" in game. Sorry about that part, I didn't want to log all the way in if I was just getting a references screenshot!
