no spaces between html code and url. Replace parenthesis with brackets.

Just upload it on a website like imgur. You can simply go to ezimba choose the screenshot and then when it loads just right click on it and click " open image in a new window" (or something like that, mine is in portuguese so I can't really tell ^^''). It will open a new window with only the picture. you copy the link and do as Sin said above.

As long as it is in a picture file, aka .png, .jpeg, .gif (movement or not). Using the little "mono lisa" icon also has the (img) and (/img) pop up, with brackets instead of the parenthesis.
